KRISTEN FAZIO
Kristen Fazio began her yoga practice after the birth of her 3rd child. Looking for a physical outlet, she quickly fell in love with yoga and everything it offered. After over a decade of personal practice, she received her 200 hour certification with Stacey Bell and Carrie Parker. Kristen’s energetic approach to yoga will inspire you to challenge yourself, while her commitment to form and alignment will keep you safe. Expect classes filled with unique sequencing that encourage you to move in ways that are harmonious with the physical form. Her goal as a teacher is to create an environment for her students where they can move their bodies safely while developing strength and a sense of mental calm through breath control.
MEAGAN SALMA
Meagan Salma is a movement educator with 20 years of experience in dance. A graduate of Montclair State University with a BA in Dance Education, Meagan holds K-12 certification and has taught and choreographed across various schools and studios. Recently, she expanded her expertise to include Pilates, combining her dance background with a focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
KARISA SIRAMARCO
Karisa Siramarco is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and certified personal trainer with a background in exercise science and education. She is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just movement but a return to the self. With deep respect for the inner journey, Karisa simply wants you to feel welcome and at ease exactly as you are in her class.
Beyond the mat, she’s a published author and lifelong student of wellness, passionate about sharing mindful movement with all ages. A true Cancer, Karisa finds joy in meaningful connection through teaching, writing, and the cozy rituals of daily life: cooking, crafting, and strolling with her pup.
KERRY ACKERMAN
Kerry Ackerman is a certified kids’ yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience. She brings creativity and heart to every class, blending movement, music, and mindfulness to inspire children to connect with their bodies and minds. Kerry’s classes are designed to help kids build confidence, find calm, and discover the joy of yoga in a playful, supportive environment.
ALYSSA RUSSO
Alyssa Russo is a Pilates and barre instructor, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and an occupational therapy graduate student, who brings a strong, athletic approach to mindful movement. With a background in both disciplines, she has developed a passion for low-impact, high-intensity workouts that challenge the body while staying rooted in control and proper form. She is drawn to upbeat classes that leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
Alyssa emphasizes intentional movement, building strength from the inside out, and creating lasting, healthy routines. Her classes focus on deep core engagement, muscular endurance, and that signature shake. Expect motivating energy and a supportive environment that challenges you while still meeting you where you are.
CHLOE TEN-AMI
Chloe is a Mat Pilates and Strength instructor passionate about building strong bodies, good vibes, and moving to great music. Her classes blend Pilates fundamentals with strength training to help build lean muscle, improve posture, and leave you feeling powerful from the inside out. Expect upbeat playlists, intentional movement, and workouts that challenge you while always encouraging you to listen to your body. Come ready to move, sweat, and leave feeling confident, energized, and proud of yourself. Chloe believes movement should be fun—and she brings that energy to every class.
MIA CORDASCO
Mia Cordasco is a pilates instructor who obtained her certification through Peak Pilates. She has been practicing yoga and pilates for two years and has always been a fan of upbeat workouts and a good burn! She likes to focus on a positive and warm energy in class, building and toning muscle, and leading her class with a bubbly personality.
Mia emphasizes time under tension, along with some higher intensity movements to increase your heart rate while maintaining the pilates method. In her classes, expect meticulous cueing, strong and toning exercises, and of course a good shake! Come to class for a high energy, feel-good workout that leaves you ready to take on the day!!

Founder of Wyld + Well, Kiara is a longtime wellness advocate, certified yoga and mat Pilates instructor, and brand marketer, Wyld + Well brings together her 15+ years of experience building community through wellness, movement, and connection.
Kiara previously ran her own NYC-based PR and marketing agency, KHPR, Inc., where she worked with leading wellness and lifestyle brands including Lululemon, DanceBody, Sculpt Society, and SoulCycle. During the pandemic, she launched beRevolutionarie — a first-of-its-kind digital platform designed to bring fitness, mindfulness, and community into the homes of women across the country.
Trained in Baptiste Yoga, Kiara’s approach blends intentional movement, mindfulness, strength, and modern wellness. As a mother of two, wellness entrepreneur, and community builder, she created Wyld + Well as a sacred, elevated space for movement, healing, and connection in Wyckoff, NJ, where she and her family now reside.
MELYSSA KELLY
Melyssa is a passionate and enthusiastic Mat Pilates and Barre Instructor committed to sharing her passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle with others. Movement has always been a huge part of her life, and Pilates completely transformed how she understands body movement. As an instructor, she loves helping others discover that same strength, balance, and confidence. Her classes are dynamic, engaging, and focused on helping you feel stronger from the inside out. Expect a mix of challenge, encouragement, and a few laughs along the way.
SARAH PAPP
Sarah is a Certified Sculpt and Yoga Instructor with a lifelong love for movement. Dancing since the age of 3 right here in Bergen County, she knew movement and musicality needed to be part of her career going forward. Sarah earned a master's degree in Public Health from UC Irvine in 2023 and since then has been working to integrate her academic expertise with her passion for yoga and movement. Sarah discovered yoga over 5 years ago as a form of moving meditation and it empowered her to relieve stress, support injury recovery and deepen her mind-body connection awareness established from years of dancing. She completed a 200hr Yoga Alliance certification from the Yoga Mat School in Koh Samui, Thailand and a 50hr Yoga Sculpt certification from CorePower Yoga in Denver.
In Sarah’s classes, she emphasizes safe-alignment, building strength, and creating a welcoming space for energy and growth. Sarah’s teaching motto is "creating energy through movement", and she designs classes that challenge, restore, and cultivate presence but most of all are fun, high energy and feel like a party. She can't wait to move with you Wyld and Well.
